zucca azzurra: 2012

Yes we are in the month of July, and yes we only have 5 months to complete the whole year of 2012, and yes July is the month where you will find the great "sales" from the malls, and that you cannot resist but to pull out your purse and spend to your last bill that you have, but regret that what you have bought was not what you needed but because of the impulsive urge that dictated you to do so...
Have we ever come to realize that we have more than what we need????be it clothing, accessories, shoes, video games, foods, etc. All these are created from our insatiable need to have and to want, unaware that we will never ever be able to fill up that craving no matter how much we consume!!!!!!
Well, I guess it is time to sit down and start to give ourselves a stop to all these unhealthy habits and begin to live a responsible life not just for us but for the whole world!!!
I came a across a blog written by Leo Babauta (http://zenhabits.net/start/), perhaps the title have given you a clue...Yes, by adopting the zen's habits in your daily life, that's it.
